It brings together 53 researchers based in Qu\u00e9bec and 135 international collaborators. Its governance structure relies on two research monitoring and advisory committees (the Executive Committee and the Scientific Committee), a set of standing subcommittees, the General Assembly of members, and several participatory forums. Complementing these bodies is a Governance Council, which includes representatives from the administrations of CRIMT\u2019s Qu\u00e9bec-based partner universities.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"fonts-plugin-block \" style=\"font-size: 19px;line-height: 1.5\">As part of our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.crimt.net\/en\/a-propos-2\/\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Partnership Project<\/span><\/span><\/a> funded by the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada (SSHRC), these bodies interact with an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.crimt.net\/en\/gouvernance-2\/\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Executive Committee<\/span><\/span><\/a>, as well as a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.crimt.net\/en\/gouvernance-2\/\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Partner board<\/span><\/span><\/a> composed of CRIMT researchers in Quebec, in Canada and outside of Canada.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:30px\"><strong><span style=\"color:#ede4ce\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Executive Committee<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"fonts-plugin-block \" style=\"font-size: 19px;line-height: 1.5\">The day-to-day administration of CRIMT is overseen by an <strong>Executive Committee <\/strong>composed of the Director, Co-Directors, and the Centre\u2019s research professionals. This committee is also responsible for the daily management of CRIMT\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.crimt.net\/en\/a-propos-2\/\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Partnership Project<\/span><\/a>  and for making recommendations to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.crimt.net\/en\/gouvernance-2\/\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Partner board<\/span><\/a>.<br><br>The Executive Committee is composed of: <strong>Dalia Gesualdi-Fecteau<\/strong> (Director of CRIMT, Universit\u00e9 de Montr\u00e9al), <strong>Fran\u00e7ois Bolduc <\/strong>(Universit\u00e9 Laval), <strong>Christian L\u00e9vesque<\/strong> (HEC Montr\u00e9al), <strong>Julie Garneau<\/strong> (Universit\u00e9 du Qu\u00e9bec en Outaouais), <strong>Nicolas Roby<\/strong> (Universit\u00e9 de Montr\u00e9al), <strong>Francine Jacques<\/strong> (Universit\u00e9 Laval), <strong>Soledad Cardona Maldonado<\/strong> (Universit\u00e9 de Montr\u00e9al), and <strong>Genevi\u00e8ve Richard<\/strong> (Universit\u00e9 de Montr\u00e9al).<\/p>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:30px\"><strong><span style=\"color:#ede4ce\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Scientific Committee<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"fonts-plugin-block \" style=\"font-size: 19px\">CRIMT also benefits from the guidance of a Scientific Committee, which contributes\u2014consistent with the Centre\u2019s mission\u2014to the development of research projects and scientific activities. This committee fosters the emergence of a diversified leadership that is representative of CRIMT\u2019s constituent units across Qu\u00e9bec. The Steering Committee is composed of the members of the Executive Committee together with the coordinators of the Centre\u2019s four research axes.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"fonts-plugin-block \" style=\"font-size: 19px\">In addition to the members of the Executive Committee (mentioned above), the Steering Committee brings together the following: for <em>Axis 1 \u2013 Organizational Policies and Practices<\/em>, <strong>Mathieu Dupuis<\/strong> (Universit\u00e9 Laval) and <strong>Isabelle Martin<\/strong> (Universit\u00e9 de Montr\u00e9al); for <em>Axis 2 \u2013 State Policies and Practices<\/em>, <strong>Genevi\u00e8ve Baril-Gingras<\/strong> (Universit\u00e9 Laval),<strong> Lucie Lamarche<\/strong> (UQAM) and <strong>Lucie Morissette<\/strong> (HEC Montr\u00e9al); for <em>Axis 3 \u2013 Collective Action, Representation and Negotiation<\/em>, <strong>Patrice Jalette<\/strong> (Universit\u00e9 de Montr\u00e9al), <strong>M\u00e9lanie Laroche<\/strong> (Universit\u00e9 de Montr\u00e9al) and <strong>Vincent Pasquier<\/strong> (HEC Montr\u00e9al); and for <em>Axis 4 \u2013 Regional, Sectoral and Transnational Governance<\/em>, <strong>Pier-Luc Bilodeau<\/strong> (Universit\u00e9 Laval) and<strong> Ian MacDonald<\/strong> (Universit\u00e9 de Montr\u00e9al).<\/p>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:30px\"><strong><strong><span style=\"color:#ede4ce\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Standing Committees<\/span><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"fonts-plugin-block \" style=\"font-size: 19px;line-height: 1.5\">Members of the Executive and Scientific Committees benefit from the support of permanent standing committees in charge of specific mandates &#8211; which they carry out in interaction with the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.crimt.net\/gouvernance-2\/\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">governance structure of the CRIMT Partnership Project<\/span><\/span><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:24px\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">International Scientific Committee<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"fonts-plugin-block \" style=\"font-size: 19px;line-height: 1.5\">The International Scientific Committee is composed of experts who are independent of CRIMT&#8217;s governance structure. Its mandate is to advise the Centre on its strategic plan, the achievement of its research objectives and the development of its <a href=\"https:\/\/www.crimt.net\/en\/a-propos-2\/\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Partnership Project<\/span><\/span><\/a>. <strong>Gerhard Bosch<\/strong>, retired professor at the Universit\u00e4t Duisburg-Essen, currently chairs this Committee.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:24px\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Stakeholder Committee<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"fonts-plugin-block \" style=\"font-size: 19px;line-height: 1.5\">The Stakeholder Committee is made up of representatives of parties who contribute or call upon CRIMT&#8217;s research. Its specific mandate is to make recommendations to CRIMT&#8217;s governance structure regarding the transfer and mobilization of knowledge and research results. The Committee is currently chaired by <strong>Roger Lecourt<\/strong>, former Deputy Minister of Labour of the Government of Quebec and consultant to the International Labour Office.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:24px\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Committee<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"fonts-plugin-block \" style=\"font-size: 19px;line-height: 1.5\">The mandate of this CRIMT Committee is to advise CRIMT&#8217;s governance structure and its <a href=\"https:\/\/www.crimt.net\/en\/a-propos-2\/\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Partnership Project<\/span><\/span><\/a> on all aspects related to the implementation and application of measures to increase equity, diversity and inclusion in the Centre&#8217;s research activities and daily life. <strong>Charlotte Yates<\/strong>, President of the University of Guelph, currently chairs this Committee.<\/p>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:24px\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Graduate Student Consortium Coordinating Committee<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"fonts-plugin-block \" style=\"font-size: 19px;line-height: 1.5\">The Graduate Student Consortium Coordinating Committee acts as a liaison between the governance structure and the student members, and is also responsible for the organization of at least two <a href=\"https:\/\/www.crimt.net\/en\/activites\/\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">activities<\/span><\/a> per annual cycle: one Doctoral Day and one Doctoral School. Since the Covid-19 pandemic forced the redeployment of these online activities, the committee has also been leading a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.crimt.net\/en\/activites\/\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">series of methodological workshops on the CRIMT Teams platform<\/span><\/a> since the spring of 2020. Its current members are : <strong>Rock Bri\u00e8re<\/strong> (Universit\u00e9 de Montr\u00e9al), <strong>Val\u00e9rie Janssen<\/strong> (Universit\u00e9 Laval), <strong>Alexandre Jett\u00e9<\/strong> (Universit\u00e9 de Montr\u00e9al), <strong>Jean-Philippe Paradis<\/strong> (Universit\u00e9 Laval), <strong>Birhan Suadik <\/strong>(Queen&#8217;s University), <strong>Sumati Thusoo<\/strong> (Rutgers University) &amp; <strong>Jordan Wilson<\/strong> (Universit\u00e9 de Montr\u00e9al).<\/p>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:24px\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Student Program F<\/mark>unding Committee<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"fonts-plugin-block \" style=\"font-size: 19px;line-height: 1.5\">Within the framework of the CRIMT <a href=\"https:\/\/www.crimt.net\/en\/a-propos-2\/\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Partnership Project<\/span><\/a>, the Student Program Funding Committee is responsible for the design of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.crimt.net\/en\/programmes\/\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">funding programs<\/span><\/a>, as well as the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.crimt.net\/en\/octrois\/\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">awarding of scholarship and mobility funds to the Centre&#8217;s students<\/span><\/a>. Independent from other governance structures, it meets twice a year under the chairmanship of the Scientific Coordinator. Its current members are : <strong>Marie-Pier Bernard Pelletier<\/strong> (T\u00c9LUQ), <strong>Cl\u00e9mentine Colmont<\/strong> (UCLouvain), as a representative of the students affairs coordinating committee, <strong>Sara Perez-Lauzon <\/strong>(HEC Montr\u00e9al), <strong>Nicolas Roby<\/strong>\u00a0(Universit\u00e9 de Montr\u00e9al) and\u00a0<strong>Charles Tremblay-Potvin<\/strong>\u00a0(Universit\u00e9 Laval).\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"fonts-plugin-block \" style=\"font-size: 24px;line-height: 1.5\">Institutional Experimentation Methodology Committee<\/p>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"fonts-plugin-block \" style=\"font-size: 19px;line-height: 1.5\">The Institutional Experimentation Methodology Committee looks into the comparative aspects and the parameters for the elaboration of cases of experimentation. The members of the Steering Committee, as well as of the Regulatory Arena Research Coordinating Committee, contribute, on an <em>ad hoc<\/em> basis, to the work of this committee. <\/p>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"fonts-plugin-block \" style=\"font-size: 24px;line-height: 1.5\">Knowledge Transfer and Dissemination Committee<\/p>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"fonts-plugin-block \" style=\"font-size: 19px;line-height: 1.5\">The mandate of the Knowledge Transfer and Dissemination Committee is threefold: first, to advise CRIMT&#8217;s governance structure on the creation of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.crimt.net\/en\/observatoire\/\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Virtual Observatory on Institutional Experimentation<\/span><\/span><\/a>, which will become the public face for cases of experimentation produced as part of the Partnership Project; second, to provide suggestions &#8211; in conjunction with the Stakeholder Committee &#8211; on how to engage stakeholders and the public; third, to organize open forums that can reach both labour market stakeholders and a broader public. The members of the Steering Committee, as well as of the Regulatory Arena Research Coordinating Committee, contribute, on an ad hoc basis, to the work of this committee.<\/p>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:30px\"><strong><strong><span style=\"color:#ede4ce\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>General Assembly<\/strong><\/span><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"fonts-plugin-block \" style=\"font-size: 19px;line-height: 1.5\">CRIMT has a <strong>General Assembly<\/strong> made up of the 53 co-researchers who are CRIMT members in Quebec (as a <em>Strategic Cluster<\/em> funded by the <em>Fonds de recherche du Qu\u00e9bec &#8211; Volet Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 et culture<\/em>).<\/p>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:30px\"><strong><span style=\"color:#ede4ce\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Participative Forums<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"fonts-plugin-block \" style=\"font-size: 19px;line-height: 1.5\">CRIMT has four types of participative forums. First, there are <strong>working groups and committees<\/strong> responsible to develop the case template, organize scientific activities or publish volumes and thematic issues of journals. Second, <strong>open forums<\/strong> are held, such as international symposiums and seminars. Thirdly, a <strong>doctoral consortium<\/strong>, which meets twice a year on the occasion of the Doctoral School and Doctoral Days.
