He recently published a book titled The Warehouse: Humans and Robots at Amazon, which addresses the relation between living labour and technology at the e-commerce giant. He also organized the international conference Log Out! Worker Resistance Within and Against the Platform Economy. Another research focus is the role of robots in re-organizing the labour process.
