CRIMT (the Interuniversity Research Centre on Globalization and Work) is pleased to partner with the Centre for Industrial Relations and Human Resources (CIRHR) at the University of Toronto for the Quebec Forum of the National Assembly on Workplace Democracy, to be held on Tuesday, November 11, 2025<\/strong>, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m<\/strong>., at the Rachelle and Alain Paris Amphitheatre, HEC Montr\u00e9al (H\u00e9l\u00e8ne Desmarais Building, 501 De La Gaucheti\u00e8re Street West<\/strong>).

This event, dedicated to advancing workplace democracy and amplifying workers\u2019 voices, aims to foster a national dialogue\u00a0on practices and institutions that promote greater employee participation in workplace decision-making.

The forum will be moderated by Rafael Gomez<\/strong>, Director of the CIRHR, and Lucie Morissette<\/strong>, Professor at HEC Montr\u00e9al and co-researcher at CRIMT. The session will feature a presentation of the Assembly\u2019s findings, a roundtable bringing together researchers, union representatives, and managers, and an open dialogue with the audience.

The event will take place on site, with simultaneous interpretation. A cocktail will follow the discussion.<\/p>\n\n\n
