{"id":8307,"date":"2020-08-10T16:03:00","date_gmt":"2020-08-10T16:03:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.crimt.net\/2020\/08\/10\/enregistrements-congres-de-lilera\/"},"modified":"2020-12-03T18:18:08","modified_gmt":"2020-12-03T18:18:08","slug":"enregistrements-congres-de-lilera","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.crimt.net\/en\/2020\/08\/10\/enregistrements-congres-de-lilera\/","title":{"rendered":"Recordings &#8211; ILERA Congress"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Organized jointly by the\u00a0<em>Canadian Industrial Relations Association<\/em>\u00a0(CIRA),\u00a0<em>Ryerson University Ted Rogers School of Management<\/em>\u00a0and\u00a0<em>ILERA<\/em>, in association with numerous partners, including CRIMT, ILERA\u2019s 10th Congress for the Americas aimed to provide a space for the study of work and employment from a global, multidisciplinary perspective, firmly rooted in the reality of workplaces and open to the diversity of ideas, interests and points of view as well as to critical thinking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CRIMT held a special colloquium (6 workshops) mobilising the work of several coresearchers and student members of its Partnership Project on\u00a0<em>Institutional Experimentation for Better (or Worse) Work<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The recording of these sessions is an important legacy of the event. Videos from each of them can now be viewed and shared on the Canadian Industrial Relations Association&#8217;s YouTube channel, as well as on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/playlist?list=PLvXRlrBlOIMbxuY6np-sbuHTZ7SohFcUL\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\"><span
