Artificial intelligence is transforming the world of work. But how are workers actually experiencing its introduction? How are they using it? Are they concerned about losing their jobs? And what are their main concerns?
CRIMT and IVADO invite you to discover the findings of a new study conducted among Quebec workers. Based on a survey of 1,015 respondents and an analysis of Reddit discussions, this research paints a more nuanced picture than the prevailing narratives about AI replacing jobs.
While 43% of respondents already use AI at work, its use remains relatively limited. Workers appear more concerned about the need to adapt to these technologies than about losing their jobs. Data privacy, inequality, and environmental impacts are also among their concerns.
This webinar will present the study’s key findings and open a discussion on the challenges of integrating AI into workplaces. How can these transformations be managed? And, above all, how can workers have a meaningful say in the decisions that affect them?
